FIEND OF CORRUPTION

For a variety of reasons—to win more fodder for an unending Blood War, to gain currency in an infernal economy, or to hold stakes in a cosmic conflict between good and evil—some fiends are preoccupied with corrupting mortals to ensure that their souls end up on the Lower Planes after death. These fiends delight in finding souls pure and untouched by evil, and leading them astray until they are utterly and irredeemably corrupt. What they cannot corrupt, they nevertheless ...

An Archfiend of Tharitsia. He popped into my head about a week ago with his background story.

Origins of species

Elves were a race not much different from humans. However, they seeked to attain goddom, or enlightment, and thus achieve immortality and great power. This wasn't to the liking of the Gods in power.

Elves have long been extinguished, reasons best untold of....

The Race of the Xhosans

Physical Description

Xhosans, pronounced "Ko-zan", closely ressemble Humans, albeit visibly more muscular and darker skinned. Effectively, Humans and Xhosans are both sub-races of the same origin. Xhosans are typically stronger and slightly taller than their paler cousins. Most Xhosans have black hair, although other shades are seen even though rare.

Savage Bard

The savage bard is a warrior at heart, though his arcane powers strike fear into the enemies of his tribe. Savage bards often multi-class as barbarians to improve their combat prowess.

Alignment: A savage bard must be chaotic in alignment. A savage bard who becomes nonchaotic cannot progress in levels as a bard, though he retains all his bard abilities.

Base Save Bonuses: A savage bard has good Fortitude and Will saves, but has poor Reflex saves.

I'm proud to announce that things are coming along nicely.

Templates!

The first part of September was used to add on the site various template which may prove useful later. One template, the SpellWarped Creature, has already been used for the creation of one of the main Bad Guys of the Caihlem Arc; Belzander.

I'd like to mention that the templates have all been borrowed from Dungeons and Dragons (V3.5). I think it best to mention where my ideas come from so as that ...

Physical Description

Humans typically stand from 1m60 to a little over 1m80 tall and weigh from 55 to 100 kilograms, with men noticeably taller and heavier than women. Thanks to their penchant for migration and conquest, and to their short life spans and constantly changing cultures, humans are more physically diverse than other common races. Dwarves stand only 1.2 to 1.5 meters tall, but they are so broad and compact that they are, on average, almost as heavy as humans. Dwarf men are slightly taller and noticeably heavier than dwarf women. Dwarves' skin is typically deep tan or light brown, and their eyes are dark.
In Eberron, magic is almost technology. Spellcasters specialize in certain forms of that technology, while artificers tinker with its fundamental workings. Artificers understand magic on a different level from spellcasters, and do not cast spells as wizards and clerics do. They have an amazing facility with magic items and constructs, and in many ways, they keep the magical world of Eberron running.

His name and physical traits need still defined, and I'm all ears for anyone who has any suggestions. His mental traits will be, as with Caihlem, based on the real person but with most probably some fine tunes so as to better fit the scenario.

Preview of the Character

His class will be Artificier, a class presented in the Eberron campaign of D&D. ...

To all who enter these realms, welcome!

Originally, this forum was intended on being a RPG Forum. As fate would have it, it won't be opening as such.

Indeed, time and numbers have it that I cannot afford a RPG Forum.

However, although the RPG aspect will be cast aside, this forum is now opened none the less. This forum will be dedicated to the writing of the world of Tharitsia.

In short, to develop the history and the way it works, but also to tell the tails of heroes come and gone.
